HI, I'm Sara, a former NCAA DIV I college athlete who has transitioned into the world of sports medicine with a unique twist. I specialize in acupuncture, but my approach goes beyond the conventional. I'm an advocate for self-care, full autonomy, and thinking outside the box to achieve exceptional results.
My journey from the competitive world of collegiate sports to becoming a Doctor of Acupuncture has equipped me with a deep understanding of the human body's incredible potential for healing and performance. I know that true recovery and optimized well-being extend beyond the physical.
